Please meet the Footprint Foundation’s staff whose mission it is to give your child the best possible foundation in education and life.

Adrian and Michelle Fernandez, lifelong Houstonians and married for 20 years, bring their diverse expertise and passion for child development to The Footprint Foundation. Adrian, with a background in real estate and finance, and Michelle, a physician specializing in clinical research, found their true inspiration in their son Abraham. Frustrated by the lack of quality, affordable preschool options when Abraham was little, they created The Footprint Foundation in 2018. Today, their school nurtures the community’s children — including their own daughter — with exceptional care and a rich educational experience.

John Aleman, is a 2nd degree martial artist, with over 16 years experience in Child Development.  Mr. Joe is a dedicated child advocate and has worked with toddlers to young adults. He will be focusing on positive guidance, interactive learning, martial arts, agriculture development and assuring a constructive learning environment. He and his wife Lesley are passionate about living a healthy lifestyle, while enjoying the outdoor adventures and cycling. Mr. Joe is excited to work alongside with parents in their child’s overall development.
